Ingredients
to taste none Chili-lime seasoning
1 whole Lime
as needed cups Ice
2 tablespoons Tamarind paste
2 ounces Tequila
1 ounce Agave syrup
1 ounce Fresh lime juice
1 ounce Triple sec
Method
Start by preparing your glass: pour chili-lime seasoning onto a small plate. Use a lime wedge to moisten the rim of the glass, then dip it into the seasoning to create a flavorful coating. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
In a cocktail shaker, add ice until it's halfway full. Then, incorporate tamarind paste, tequila, agave nectar, freshly squeezed lime juice, and triple sec. Secure the shaker tightly.
Vigorously shake the contents for approximately 10 to 15 seconds, until the outside of the shaker feels cold and frosty.
Gently strain the cocktail mixture into the ice-filled glass. To finish, garnish with a lime wedge perched on the rim.
