1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 cup green onions
2 cloves garlic
1 pound cooked shrimp
Method
In a mixing bowl, combine water, ketchup, soy sauce, cornstarch, honey, crushed red pepper flakes, and ground ginger. Stir until the mixture is smooth and set aside.
