These zesty Sriracha deviled eggs are a perfect blend of creaminess and spice, ideal for parties or as a delicious snack. Each egg white is filled with a flavorful yolk mixture that packs a punch.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • to taste salt

Method

  1. Start by placing the eggs in a large pot and covering them with water, ensuring they are completely submerged. Bring the water to a vigorous boil, then remove the pot from heat and let the eggs sit in the hot water for 15 minutes.
  2. After 15 minutes, transfer the eggs to a bowl filled with cold water to cool them quickly. Once cooled, peel off the shells carefully.
  3. Cut each egg in half lengthwise, and gently scoop the yolks into a mixing bowl. Use a fork to crumble the yolks until they're finely mashed.
  4. Add mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, dry mustard, and a pinch of cayenne to the crumbled yolks. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is creamy and well-blended. Season with salt according to your taste.
  5. Fill a piping bag with the spicy yolk mixture, cutting a small tip off for easy dispensing.
  6. Place the egg whites cut-side up on a serving dish. Pipe the zesty yolk filling into each half and finish with a light dusting of smoked paprika on top.
  7. Wrap the platter with plastic wrap and refrigerate the zesty deviled eggs until it's time to serve.
