2 medium Sweet potatoes
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 teaspoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
1 teaspoon Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Ground coriander
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano
1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Method
