3.5 tablespoons soy sauce
3.75 cups sweet chili sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
a pinch none ground ginger
a drizzle none sesame oil
1 pound pork
1 medium onions
to taste none red pepper flakes
2 cups napa cabbage
1 cup celery
1 cup carrots
1 cup bell peppers
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup water
Method
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, then add your preferred noodles and cook until just tender, approximately 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3/4 cup of sweet chili sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, a pinch of ground ginger, and a splash of sesame oil. Toss the drained noodles in this sauce and keep aside.
In another bowl, combine 1/2 cup of soy sauce and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder. Add the sliced pork and let it marinate for about 5 minutes.
Heat some oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork along with onions and a dash of red pepper flakes. Cook until the pork is nicely browned and fully cooked.
Add 3 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce along with napa cabbage, celery, carrots, and bell peppers to the pan. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender, around 5 minutes.
Mix cornstarch with a bit of water in a small bowl and pour into the stir-fry, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens. Serve this delicious stir-fry over the zesty noodles.
