Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1/4 cup blue cheese
  • 4 cups lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato

Method

  1. Gather all your ingredients and preheat your outdoor grill to a high temperature, ensuring the grate is lightly oiled.
  2. Grill the steak for approximately 3 to 5 minutes on each side until it reaches your desired doneness. Once finished, move the steak to a cutting board and let it rest until it's cool enough to slice.
  3. After resting, cut the steak into strips or bite-sized chunks.
