Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 whole orange
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons triple sec

Method

  1. Start by placing fresh cranberries into a food processor and pulse until they achieve a fine chop. Move them to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Take an orange, cut it into quarters, and add it along with walnuts into the food processor. Pulse until everything is finely minced, then mix it into the bowl with the cranberries.
  3. In a small separate bowl, mix together sugar, a sprinkle of cinnamon, nutmeg, and a splash of triple sec. Drizzle this mixture over the cranberry and orange blend, stirring gently until everything is evenly coated.
