Ingredients
2 cups broccoli
1 pound chicken breast
3 stalks green onions
2 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon chili paste
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper

1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons cooking oil
Method
Start by steaming fresh broccoli in a pot with an inch of boiling water for around 5 minutes, so it remains firm yet tender.
In a skillet heated over medium flame, pour in some oil and cook diced chicken alongside chopped green onions and minced garlic, stirring until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
