Ingredients

  • 8 packets sazon seasoning packets
  • 1 bottle beer
  • 2 pounds flank steak

Method

  1. In a large resealable bag, mix together eight packets of sazon seasoning with your choice of beer. Seal the bag and give it a good shake until the seasoning is well blended.
  2. Add the flank steak to the bag, ensuring it's thoroughly coated with the flavorful marinade. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours, or preferably overnight for enhanced taste.
  3. When you're ready to grill, preheat your grill to medium-high and lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
  4. Take the steak out of the marinade and discard any remaining liquid.
  5. Place the steak on the hot grill and cook for about 6 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired doneness.
