1 large Polish sausage
1 medium Onion
2/3 cup Water
1/4 cup Brown sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
to taste dash Hot pepper sauce
Method
Start by placing the Polish sausage in a large pot and covering it with water. Allow it to simmer gently over low heat for about an hour. Afterward, drain the pot and transfer the sausage to a 9x13-inch baking dish.
While the sausage simmers, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
