1 cup butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup potato flour

Method
Start by heating your oven to 325°F (165°C).
In a large bowl, blend softened butter and powdered sugar with an electric mixer until the mixture is creamy and smooth. Stir in the vanilla sugar until fully combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour and potato starch until well mixed.
Slowly add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, approximately 1/4 cup at a time, mixing until fully integrated.
