Ingredients
1 cup tapioca pearls
4 cups milk
1 cup rice
3 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup raisins
Method
The evening prior, soak the tapioca pearls in milk and place them in the fridge to soften overnight.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a sizable saucepan over medium heat, combine the soaked tapioca, rice, and milk.
Add the eggs, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the mixture, stirring constantly for about 15 minutes, making sure it doesn't boil.
