1 pound chicken breast
1 cup mushrooms
1 medium onion
1 cup bell peppers
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons oil
Method
Begin by heating oil in a wok or a large skillet over a medium-high flame.
Add the diced chicken and cook until fully cooked through, with no pink remaining inside, for about 7 to 10 minutes.
Mix in sliced mushrooms, chopped onions, diced bell peppers, and pour in the teriyaki sauce along with pineapple chunks and their juice, garlic powder, and a dash of chili flakes.
Reduce the heat to medium and let the mixture simmer gently.
