Ingredients
1 cup diced apples
1 can canned pineapple chunks
1 can peach pie filling
2 medium bananas
2 medium kiwi
1 cup strawberries
Method
Begin by combining diced apples with the reserved juice from canned pineapple in a small bowl, allowing them to marinate for 5 to 10 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together peach pie filling and pineapple chunks until well combined.
After the apples have marinated, drain them and gently fold into the peach-pineapple mixture. Slice bananas and soak them in the reserved pineapple juice for another 5 to 10 minutes.
Peel and slice the kiwi, and halve half of the strawberries. Dice the other half and set aside.
Once the bananas are ready, mix them into the fruit combination along with the chopped strawberries, tossing everything lightly to combine.
For presentation, arrange the kiwi slices around the edge of the serving bowl, alternating with strawberry slices. Refrigerate the salad before serving for a refreshing treat.
