Ingredients

  • 3 slices fresh tomato
  • 200 grams Burrata cheese
  • a handful basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste sea salt
  • to taste black pepper

Method

  1. Start by laying a slice of ripe tomato on a serving dish and sprinkle it with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
  2. Add a generous scoop of luscious Burrata cheese on top of the tomato slice, followed by a handful of torn basil leaves.
