2 pounds sweet potatoes
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups marshmallows

Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) and gathering all your ingredients.
Place the sweet potatoes in a large pot and cover them with water. Bring to a boil and cook until they are soft, about 15 minutes. Drain and mash the sweet potatoes until smooth.
