Ingredients
2 cups cranberries
1 whole orange
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
a pinch mace
2 cups sweet potatoes
Method
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a 2-quart baking dish, combine cranberries, orange slices, sugar, chopped pecans, fresh orange juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a hint of mace.
Bake the mixture in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes, or until the cranberries soften.
