2 cups ripe tomatoes
2 cloves minced garlic
1 cup fresh basil
1/2 cup chopped mint

Method
In a spacious mixing bowl, blend together juicy tomatoes, finely chopped garlic, fresh basil leaves, minced mint, salt, black pepper, a pinch of red pepper flakes, olive oil, and a dash of cream sherry.
