Ingredients
1 cup water
1 cup raisins
1 cup applesauce
1/2 cup oil
3 large eggs
1/2 cup liquid sweetener
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Method
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 10-inch Bundt or tube pan by greasing it and dusting it with flour.
In a medium saucepan, combine water and raisins over medium heat, simmering until the water is absorbed. Remove from heat and let it cool.
