1 cup walnuts
2 cups fresh spinach
2 cups romaine lettuce
1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette
1 cup strawberries
1 medium pears
1/2 cup feta cheese
Method
Begin by heating a small skillet over medium-high heat and add the walnuts. Toast them for approximately 4 to 5 minutes, stirring regularly until they achieve a golden brown color. Allow them to cool completely afterward.
In a sizable mixing bowl, mix together fresh spinach and romaine lettuce. Add 1/2 cup of balsamic vinaigrette and toss the greens until they are well coated.
Top the salad with sliced strawberries, diced pears, crumbled feta cheese, and the toasted walnuts for added crunch and flavor.
