1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cake flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup fresh strawberries
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
2 tablespoons additional mini marshmallows
Method
Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch square baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, sift together all-purpose flour, cake flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate large bowl, cream together brown sugar and softened butter using an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy.
Add an egg and a splash of vanilla extract to the sugar-butter mixture, mixing until fully incorporated.
