1 cup fresh strawberries
2 pieces kiwis
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup heavy cream

12 pieces puff pastry shells
Method
Begin by whisking an egg with a splash of water in a bowl. Use this egg wash to brush the tops of the puff pastry shells, following the baking instructions on the package.
In a small saucepan, warm the fruit preserves over low heat until they melt. Remove from heat and stir in the fresh slices of strawberries.
