A delightful trifle that combines the rich flavors of coffee and the sweetness of strawberries, layered with a creamy mixture for a perfect dessert.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
1 cup warm water
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup whipped cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
12 pieces ladyfingers
1 cup fresh strawberries
Method
Begin by dissolving instant coffee granules in warm water and allow the mixture to cool completely.
In a separate bowl, mix together cottage cheese, whipped cream, and powdered sugar. Beat on medium-high speed for 1 to 2 minutes until the mixture becomes thick and creamy.
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee mixture, making sure not to soak them, and layer a few of them at the base of four dessert glasses.
Spread a generous layer of the creamy mixture over the ladyfingers, followed by a layer of sliced fresh strawberries.
Continue layering with the remaining ladyfingers, cream, and strawberries, making sure to finish with a creamy layer on the top.
Garnish each trifle with a whole strawberry for a decorative touch.
