Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 package pudding mix
  • 1 whole angel food cake
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 1 container whipped topping

Method

  1. In a large mixing bowl, blend together milk and pudding mix, whisking for approximately 2 minutes until the mixture is smooth. Place it in the refrigerator for at least 5 minutes to firm up.
  2. Begin by layering the base of a punch bowl with a piece of angel food cake. Pour a portion of the pudding mixture over the cake and add another slice on top.
  3. Add a layer of fresh strawberries on top of the cake slice, followed by another slice of cake.
  4. Spread a generous amount of whipped topping over the final cake layer and finish with the last slice of angel food cake.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and allow it to chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours before serving.
