Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups strawberries
1 cup cream cheese
Method
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Melt butter and pour it into a 9x13-inch baking dish, making sure to cover the bottom completely.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk, flour, sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt until smooth. Pour this mixture over the melted butter in the dish.
