2 cups oats
1 whole ripe banana
2 large eggs
1 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
a pinch none salt
1 cup strawberries
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Method
Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a powerful blender, combine oats, a ripe banana, eggs, almond milk, honey, baking powder, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Blend until you have a smooth mixture. Then, remove the blade and gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
