Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 whole ripe banana
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • a pinch none salt
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Method

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a powerful blender, combine oats, a ripe banana, eggs, almond milk, honey, baking powder, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Blend until you have a smooth mixture. Then, remove the blade and gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
  3. Pour the batter evenly into four ramekins and add a sprinkle of chocolate chips on top for extra sweetness.
  4. Bake the ramekins in the preheated oven for approximately 25 minutes, or until the oats puff up and turn a light golden brown.
  5. Let the baked oats cool for at least 5 minutes before enjoying them warm or at room temperature.
