Method

  1. In a medium saucepan, mix fresh cranberries with water and bring to a rapid boil, allowing the berries to burst.
  2. Lower the heat and let it simmer softly. Stir in the sugar, continuing to cook for another 15 minutes.
  3. After the mixture has cooled, incorporate some horseradish for a zesty twist. Refrigerate until you're ready to enjoy.
