  • 4 cups zucchini noodles

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup peanuts
  • 1 medium bell pepper

Method

  1. Start by heating a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the zucchini noodles and sauté them for 3 to 4 minutes, then transfer to a metal colander to let excess moisture drain.
