1 pound ground meat
4 slices bacon
4 cups broth
1 can soup
2 cups water
1 cup tomato puree
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano
3 cups mixed vegetables
2 cups egg noodles
Method
In a spacious pot, heat over high heat and combine the ground meat, bacon, broth, soup, water, tomato puree, basil, and oregano until it starts boiling.
Once it reaches a boil, lower the heat, cover the pot, and allow it to simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the diced vegetables into the pot and let it continue simmering for an additional 20 to 30 minutes.
Incorporate the egg noodles and let the soup simmer uncovered for another 10 minutes.
