4 cups fresh spinach leaves
1 cup Swiss cheese
2 units hard-boiled eggs
1 cup mushrooms
4 slices bacon
1/2 cup almonds
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium shallots

Method
Start by arranging fresh spinach leaves in a sizeable serving bowl.
