A quick and flavorful dish featuring sautéed mushrooms infused with wine and garlic, perfect as a side or topping.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
1 pound mushrooms
1/4 cup white wine
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Method
Gather all necessary ingredients for the dish.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil and butter until the butter is fully melted.
Add the mushrooms to the skillet along with wine, teriyaki sauce, minced garlic, garlic salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Mix well and cook until the mushrooms are beautifully golden brown, which should take around 5 minutes.
Reduce the heat and allow the mushrooms to simmer gently until they become tender, about 5 to 8 minutes more.
