Ingredients
2 cups white Cheddar cheese
1 cup Swiss cheese
1 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup Irish stout beer
2 tablespoons steak sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon mustard powder
to taste black pepper
Method
In a large bowl, whisk together white Cheddar, Swiss, Parmesan cheeses, and cornstarch until well combined, then set the mixture aside.
In a fondue pot, mix together Irish stout beer, steak sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, hot pepper sauce, and mustard powder, then warm over medium heat.
Slowly stir in the cheese blend, adding about half a cup at a time, until the mixture is creamy and smooth, being careful to avoid boiling.
