Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 can condensed soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 ounces egg noodles

Method

  1. In a large skillet, heat over medium flame and sauté the beef with chopped onions for about 10 minutes until the beef is nicely browned and the onions become tender.
  2. Add flour, salt, and paprika to the skillet, mixing well to combine all the ingredients. Pour in the creamy condensed soup, stir thoroughly, and let it simmer uncovered for 20 minutes.
  3. Reduce the heat and mix in the sour cream, stirring until everything is well blended and heated through. Cover the mixture and set aside.
  4. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain them. Serve the delicious beef mixture generously on top of the noodles.
