  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce

Method

  1. Start by cutting the beef into thin strips, aiming for a thickness no greater than a quarter inch.
  2. In a spacious mixing bowl, blend together the onion powder, black pepper, garlic powder, salt, and a sprinkle of Italian herbs.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and a dash of hot sauce to the mixture, stirring until everything is well combined to form a rich marinade.
  4. Submerge the beef strips in the marinade, ensuring each piece is thoroughly coated. Transfer the mixture to a container, cover it, and refrigerate for 24 hours to let the flavors develop.
