Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 piece chile pepper
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • to taste salt

Method

  1. Heat a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat and add oil.
  2. Introduce minced garlic and freshly grated ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add in sliced cabbage and diced chili pepper, mixing well to blend the flavors.
  4. Stir-fry the cabbage until it becomes translucent and shrinks in size, which should take around 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Drizzle rice vinegar over the cabbage and season with a touch of salt according to your taste.
