Ingredients
2 cups water
1 cup quinoa
1/2 cup steel-cut oats
1/4 cup almond flour
2 tablespoons flaxseed meal

Method
Start by boiling water in a saucepan until it reaches a vigorous boil. Then, add in the quinoa and steel-cut oats.
Lower the heat and let the mixture simmer, stirring regularly, until all the water is absorbed and the quinoa is tender, which typically takes about 15 to 20 minutes.
Once everything is cooked, stir in the almond flour and flaxseed meal until they're fully incorporated.
