Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Cherry Peppers
  • 6 slices Prosciutto
  • 6 cubes Cheese
  • enough to cover ml Olive Oil
  • to taste grams Salt

Method

  1. Start by trimming the tops off the cherry peppers and carefully removing the seeds while keeping the peppers intact.
  2. Take a piece of cheese and wrap it in prosciutto, then gently stuff this combination into each pepper. If there's extra room, feel free to add more prosciutto.
  3. Once all the peppers are filled, pack them into a jar, making sure they fit snugly together.
  4. Sprinkle a bit of salt over the stuffed peppers, then pour in olive oil until they are fully submerged.
  5. Seal the jar and let it rest for about an hour so the flavors can blend together. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
