Ingredients
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup pesto sauce
4 pieces chicken breasts
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Method
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to get it ready for baking.
In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly blend fresh spinach with pesto sauce.
Spread half of the spinach-pesto mixture across the bottom of a glass baking dish.
Place the chicken breasts on top of the spread mixture, ensuring they are centered.
Layer the remaining spinach-pesto blend over the chicken, making sure each piece is generously coated.
