A delightful fusion of creamy peanut butter and savory ramen, enhanced with a touch of heat and garnished with fresh toppings, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients
1 pack Ramen noodles
3 tablespoons Peanut butter
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Honey
1 teaspoon Sriracha
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
2 stalks Green onions
2 tablespoons Crushed peanuts
1 whole Lime
Method
Begin by bringing a large pot of water to a rolling boil over high heat, then introduce your ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, typically around 3 to 5 minutes, until they are just the right texture.
Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, blend together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and sesame oil until the mixture is silky and well combined.
After the noodles are done cooking, reserve about 1/2 cup of the cooking water, then drain the remaining water. Immediately add the drained noodles to the peanut sauce, tossing thoroughly to ensure every noodle is enveloped in the creamy sauce. If you prefer a looser sauce, gradually stir in the reserved pasta water, one tablespoon at a time.
Dish out the ramen into individual serving bowls and garnish generously with chopped green onions, crushed peanuts, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice for a bright and tangy touch.
