1 cup Pecans
2 medium Peaches
4 cups Fresh Spinach

Method
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Evenly distribute the pecans on a baking sheet.
Toast the pecans in the oven for about 7 to 10 minutes, or until they achieve a golden brown hue. Remove from the oven and let them cool.
If desired, peel the peaches and chop them into small, bite-sized pieces.
