Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pecans
  • 2 medium Peaches
  • 4 cups Fresh Spinach
  • to taste Dressing

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Evenly distribute the pecans on a baking sheet.
  3. Toast the pecans in the oven for about 7 to 10 minutes, or until they achieve a golden brown hue. Remove from the oven and let them cool.
  4. If desired, peel the peaches and chop them into small, bite-sized pieces.
