Ingredients
1 bottle red wine
1 cup port wine
3 pieces cinnamon sticks
5 pieces whole cloves
1 strip orange peel
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup rum
1/4 cup brandy
1/2 cup raisins

In a sizable saucepan, combine red wine, port, cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, and strips of orange peel. Gently heat on medium-low until it starts to simmer.
