Ingredients
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
1/4 cup pine nuts
1 small onion
1 cup fresh basil
1/2 cup parsley
2 cloves garlic
1 cup crushed tomatoes
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon red wine
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Method
Begin by soaking sun-dried tomatoes in warm water for approximately 5 minutes to soften them.
In a food processor, combine the softened sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts, diced onion, fresh basil, parsley, and minced garlic. Process until the mixture is smooth.
