  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 whole loaf of bread
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Method

  1. Begin by heating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together softened butter, chopped fresh parsley, olive oil, and minced garlic until the ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Take a loaf of your favorite bread and make diagonal cuts every 2 inches, slicing deep but not all the way through the bottom. Then, create diagonal cuts in the opposite direction to form small cubes while keeping them attached at the base.
  4. Carefully spread the butter and herb mixture into the crevices of the bread, followed by a generous sprinkling of shredded cheese.
  5. Wrap the entire loaf in aluminum foil to retain moisture.
