  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Method

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the stuffing mix, water, and butter, mixing well. Let it rest for 5 minutes to absorb the moisture.
  3. Evenly distribute the stuffing mixture over the flank steak, leaving a 1-inch margin around the edges. Top with chopped green onions and diced red bell pepper.
  4. Roll the steak tightly from the longer side, securing it with wooden toothpicks to maintain the stuffing. Place the rolled steak seam-side down in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the gravy, wine, minced garlic, and shredded cheese until smooth. Pour this mixture over the stuffed steak in the baking dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature of the steak reaches 160°F (71°C) for medium doneness.
