Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
1 can refried beans
1 cup salsa
2 cups shredded cheese
Method
Start by preheating your oven to 325°F (160°C).
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat, making sure to drain off any excess fat. Mix in the taco seasoning until everything is well incorporated.
Spread the seasoned beef into a 9x13 inch glass baking dish. Add a layer of refried beans, followed by salsa, and finish with a generous amount of shredded cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
