Ingredients
2 pounds beef chunks
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 medium onions
2 medium bell peppers
4 cups beef broth
2 cups mixed vegetables
1/2 cup vegetable juice cocktail
Method
Heat a generous splash of olive oil in a large, sturdy skillet over medium heat.
