1 pound ground beef
1 can diced tomatoes
1 cup tomato puree
2 medium carrots
1 large onion
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 cubes bouillon cubes

1.5 quarts water
4 cups shredded cabbage
2 cloves garlic
Method
In a spacious pot, crumble the ground beef and combine it with diced tomatoes and tomato puree.
Add chopped carrots, onions, sugar, vinegar, bouillon cubes, salt, and pepper to the pot, mixing well.
Pour in a quart of water, bring the mixture to a rolling boil, stirring occasionally to break up the beef.
Once boiling, lower the heat, cover the pot, and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
