Method

  1. Begin by heating vinegar in a small skillet over medium-low heat, letting it simmer until it reduces to half its original volume, which should take about 8 to 10 minutes. Afterward, remove it from the heat and allow it to cool down.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine fresh strawberries with thyme and set this delightful mixture aside.
