1 pound steak
2 medium potatoes
1 medium onions
2 medium bell peppers
2 medium carrots
4 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons minced garlic
Method
Preheat your charcoal grill to a medium-high temperature for optimal cooking.
In a microwave-safe dish, cook the potatoes on high for about 3 minutes until they are tender but still firm.
Divide the steak, potatoes, onions, bell peppers (both colors), and carrots among 4 to 6 sheets of aluminum foil. Add a tablespoon of butter and a pinch of minced garlic to each pack, then fold the foil to seal them securely.
Place the foil packets on the hotter side of the grill. Grill for approximately 5 minutes, then carefully open one packet to test the steak's doneness.
If the steak isn't at your desired doneness after 5 minutes, continue grilling, checking every few minutes. Aim for an internal temperature of 130°F (54°C) for medium rare.
