Deliciously crispy and seasoned potato fries, coated with a blend of garlic and Parmesan, perfect for snacking or as an appetizer.
Ingredients
2 large Potatoes
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
Method
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large resealable bag, add a splash of olive oil along with the cut potatoes. Seal the bag securely and shake it until the potatoes are evenly coated with oil.
In a separate resealable bag, combine grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the oiled potatoes to this bag, seal it, and shake thoroughly to coat every fry with the seasoning.
Spread the seasoned potato fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Then, flip the fries over to ensure they cook evenly, and return them to the oven for another 15 minutes, or until they are beautifully golden and crispy on the outside yet soft on the inside.
